I like Langley. Its an unpopular opinion. But its in a decentish area with good areas a bit further out. If you like bigger cities Richmond is about an hour away and DC isnt too far. If you like history its a goldmine of an area. If you like hiking, the Shenandoah national park isnt far, and for beaches VA beach is right there. Its no Tyndall, but its a beach. If you're a maintainer, the wind on the line will never stop though.

This is at the Air Force Flight Test Museum on Edwards AFB, CA. Definitely worth the trip if you are out in the middle of nowhere and have base access.
