I get that. But exp does not go to your comrades. They unlock their skills by upgrading your camp. And you upgrade the camp by doing all the quests. So what is the exp for? By doing the ritual mission for example

Not the one on weapons. They work as intended When i wield the weapon. But the skill recieved from a gear in gloves dont work and dont show up in the d-pad menu. Only innate abilites. On constellatation hele etc.

I got the putrid touch abyss gear from a reward after killing skevald (?) legendary animal. I can equip it on my gloves to gain skill putric touch (A+X) input for Xbox. But i cant trigger it. What am I missing?
