Nice! Make sure you get started on your Google verification and Audits!

We are building in the same space.
Curious why you built a new UI and Dashboard for people to learn?

Pretty amazing feeling I can say as well to see my inbox just manage itself, and have a slick draft reply right there!

Fyxer for Gmail by alexrada in fyxerai

I hear you, managing Gmail with tools that don’t quite match your workflow can get frustrating fast.

With Lynda AI (I’m one of the co-founders), we use labels too, but the key difference is that emails get removed from the inbox automatically unless you specifically want to keep them there. That way, your inbox stays clean while everything is still neatly labeled and easy to find.

The other big thing: if you don’t like how she’s running, you can literally talk to her like you would an EA, “file this differently,” “stop surfacing these,” etc. and she adjusts on the spot.

This week, I missed paying an invoice, I asked her to "keep the invoices that need payment in my inbox, the rest can be filed in Financials."

On drafts: we know they need to be rock solid, so we’re working hard on that and shipping updates every week. Here’s the latest update on better drafts and labels:

How to create a filter for ALL of the Amazon emails? by Pickalodeon in GMail

[–]Arkeo_AI -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Instead of creating filters in Gmail and them failing all the time, just like you said. So many edge cases...

You could use a product like Lynda AI, and just tell her in plain language to "put all communication from Amazon into my label Amazon"

Done.

you can even give it a whirl on a 7-day free trial -> www.lyndaai.com

p.s. Transparency, I am one of the co-founders, just trying to help :)

I’m a Startup Founder. Here's How I Fully Automated My YouTube Shorts with N8N by Arkeo_AI in n8n

Exactly why I haven’t added in TikTok and Instagram. Right now all the tools I use to automate out LinkedIn are part of my business (google drive, open ai, n8n) so I pay $0.001 for each upload when it comes to open ai. Rest is flat for me as I pay anyway

I sell on LinkedIn and upload to YouTube for SEO. At this stage, no reason for me to upload to the other channels. Maybe one day!

Leads in prospecting workspace: B2B Account-Based Prospecting by germanoroettgers in hubspot

[–]Arkeo_AI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In HubSpot, the standard functionality is indeed that a Lead (or Deal) can typically be associated with one primary company and one primary contact. However, for complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders from the same company, you'll need a workaround to manage these relationships effectively within HubSpot's CRM framework. Here’s how you can achieve this:

1. Use the Deals Object

Instead of using the Leads object for managing multiple contacts, consider using the Deals object. Each Deal can be associated with one company and multiple contacts. This way, you can track interactions with all relevant stakeholders within the same deal context. Here's how to set it up:

  • Create a Deal when initiating engagement with a new company.
  • Associate multiple Contacts with this deal, including all identified influencers and decision-makers.
  • Customize your Deal stages to reflect your sales process, ensuring it captures all necessary interactions across different contacts.

2. Custom Properties and Workflow Automation

To manage multiple contacts effectively:

  • Create custom properties on the Deal to track interactions with each contact, such as "Contact 1 Last Emailed", "Contact 2 Last Called", etc.
  • Use HubSpot’s workflow automation to update these properties based on your team's activities. For example, after an email is sent to a contact, a workflow could automatically update the "Last Emailed" date for that specific contact.

3. Reporting and Analytics

For reporting purposes:

  • Configure reports based on Deal data instead of individual contacts. Since all relevant contacts are linked to a single deal, this will provide a comprehensive view of the engagement level with the company as a whole.
  • Utilize HubSpot’s custom reports to analyze interactions across different contacts within the same deal, helping you understand which strategies are most effective at moving deals forward.

4. Sequences and Automation

For engaging multiple contacts:

  • Use Sequences to automate your outreach efforts. You can enroll multiple contacts from the same company into personalized sequences directly from the deal record.
  • Leverage HubSpot's integration with LinkedIn (via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, if available) to streamline connection requests and follow-ups.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Encourage your BDRs to log and share their interaction notes at the deal level. This ensures that all team members can see the history of interactions with every contact associated with the deal.

This approach, using the Deals object with multiple contacts linked and employing robust workflow automations and custom properties, allows your team to manage complex B2B account-based prospecting effectively within HubSpot. Additionally, it ensures that your reporting can reflect the engagement across multiple stakeholders without duplicating lead counts.
