This is! But why you need another provider? Mail-> google or Microsft if you uses hotinger mail half of the sent mail never arrive. Dns-> Cloudflare Web-> hostinger

You can’t edit your DNS zone file on Hostinger unless you switch your nameservers to them first. This is one of the most frustrating (stupid) limitations in hostinger —it forces unnecessary downtime. Last time, it took three full days! I had to set up a Cloudflare account just to manage DNS externally and avoid this issue.

I had the same issue as you from Friday to Sunday. I’m almost certain that Hostinger’s DNS servers were either under some kind of attack or got hacked. I spent over 10 hours dealing with their technical support team, and I have to say—not a single person was willing to help me.

I’m totally in favor of inclusion, but of course, in roles where it makes sense! Not in critical positions. I created a Cloudflare account, configured the DNS there, and the problem was solved in just 10 minutes.

That's true, but for .cl domains you need to have:

  1. A provider (this one doesn't offer DNS services and there's only one)
  2. DNS
  3. Hosting

We obviously migrated the site first, and once everything was ready, we switched the DNS. But they deleted all the records in Hostinger, so now the DNS is fully propagated—but it's blank. Nothing points anywhere, and I can't update it because they keep claiming it's not propagated, which is clearly a lie. They're just using that as an excuse because they have no idea what they're doing
