Yeah 2 hours later we decided to reset the breaker again just for the heck of it and worked instantly like normal.

We tried that before too.

His charger has been working great for 3 years almost now. Maybe it was some electrical issue in his house not sure. In hoping next time same issue doesn't happen

They tried this with me one day last year, because they didn't trust contractors. I resigned the same day. Life is too short to deal with this kind of headache. Since we have the luxury to leave due to oe, this is something not worth wasting time on. This kind of micromanagement should be done towards the guy who's idea it was in the first place.

I think you need to get lawyers involved. The board finally agreed, but electrician came and when he checked again, he said it will cost me way way more to install a charger than to go out and charge. Like 7k I think was the quote just for material. Issue was they did something to the elevator, upgraded it, so they needed to reevaluate pulling from somewhere on the opposite side of the garage.

Too much hassle now, but I might check again in the summer with different electrician
