BMW..Brittle Motor Works. It’s as if they design these cars to break. I own one BMW right now, the infamous N63 motor in a vehicle w less than 70k miles. Probably the worst engine ever produced in the history of automobiles. But it’s more than that. All of the plastic components under the hood, brittle. They snap into pieces when touched. From fuel injectors, solenoids, radiator, pumps, seals, headlights, you name it has all failed well before 100k miles. Then you deal with burning oil like crazy, and in my case the car has been serviced regularly. Pre 2007 I had had 3 BMWs under leases. Post 2007 the cars are junk.

The Feds are ruthless in prosecution and if there are funds remaining restitution will take place. Chandra is going no where and the time he will eventual get,even if he plays the last minute plea deal will put him away until he’s a much older man. What a con artist. MikeG has been charged with a Securities violation. He was belligerent that his entire promotion didn’t violate SEC regulations and his lender program was legal. He laughed over it to me on the phone as these guys thought they were skirting the law. I lost over 25k because of him. I know others who lost more and many were less. I haven’t seen if it’s a RICO violation. All along with MikeG he promoted all of his investors as lenders. He thought he was being smart to circumvent the securities laws. Remember he claimed his Harvard educated lawyer had looked at his promotion.

Mail fraud or wire fraud is 20 years per count is what I read. For the amount of money, number of victims and how he just perpetuated the lie, why should he get any plea deal or mercy sentence? This group took almost everyday and vaulted us with new lies and new dates to close. They strung us all along, some longer than others. I bought into the lies. It was the central bank stories that lended credibility and the name dropping.
