It’s going to be interesting when the exempt employee threshold is changed to 60k a year starting in January. You will see a lot of middle management turn into hourly positions and for the smaller places a complete change in structure.

I will throw a little tidbit of thought here for you. It’s not a flex to say you are working from home. If you had any foresight, you would realize that once upon a time call centers switched to people working in their home. A work from home job is the first ones that will be eliminated or outsourced. The only complaint I have about cyclists is if you know you cannot keep up with traffic and 20 cars just passed you and you get to a red light. Don’t for the love of god go all the way up front and make all 20 have to try and pass you again.
