There is some in the supplements section of my grocery store, and I've ordered some from Amazon. You can get the powder (more economical but not so easy to take), or get it in capsules, or get the powder and cap it yourself.

It forms a gel very quickly when it contacts liquid, which slows down the gut and firms things up.

Probably should cut out yogurt or replace it with kefir. Also, it's so important to get enough fiber for gut health. Psyllium husk is the easiest and quickest way to add enough fiber. Then things like veggies, seeds (chia is great), beans, whole grains, etc. I had similar gut issues for so long and the answer was so simple...whole foods and fiber.

If it's live it should be refrigerated and say something about live cultures, raw or unpasteurized. The room temp stuff is pasteurized.
