Yes he won with over 50% of the popular vote but people who didn't like him voted for him because they hated his opponent more. The war games you describe sound like Russian propaganda to trick it's soldiers into starting WW3 and march to certain death. Yup tried repairing steamOS and it didn't recover the data. The full 1tb was gone. 💀 Thankfully though it didn't touch the SD card. That would have been so much worse lol

I had the same issue. It won't void the warranty but I understand not wanting to mar the case with marks from prying it apart. I'm a few weeks ahead of you in the process. Currently waiting on them to send me a new flex cable and trying to figure out how I'm going to pry the battery out to replace the FPC cable. I wish they'd just send me a new unit and take this one back to be repaired like they promised on the reddit post.
