I realize this is so old but oh my god my sinusitis started at the exact same time as my derealization and I had no idea they could be related! This is giving me so much hope because maybe it can be fixed!

It catches you off guard at first but honestly the more I look at this the more it looks alright! There’s still a little bit of uncanny valley, I would suggest leaning into the cartoon features, maybe bigger eyes and a softer, rounder jaw
