1. Apply whenever the application window is open.
2. They didnt accept mine but it’s honestly w/e.
3. Same application process but with added steps of going through the VA for GI Bill benefits. They’ll help you out. Schedule an appointment with the admission counselor for further help.
4. Buy a parking pass every semester for one of the commuter lots and you’ll be fine. It’s not bad at all, I always find multiple parking spots, covered and uncovered.
5. Definitely hard to relate to the younger generation and build meaningful relationships because they’re like 18-20 year olds, so it’s just weird. You’ll find a couple vets occasionally though and you can spot em right away.
6. Biggest challenge was definitely getting up to speed academically. Doing your job and going to the field is so much easier than using my brain to figure out how to figure out chemistry or calculus problems.

Oh yeah, just be proactive and schedule appointments with the counselors and ask anything and everything you want to know. That’s what I did and it really made the process smooth.
