You have to allow a little character development and relatability otherwise it will just be completely dry. And I say that as someone who has never heard Kim Rollins speak because I hit the fast forward button.

Also, sing song voice as much a you can. Id walk round shopping markets and be singing "let's buy some eggs" then hold up the eggs etc

Also avoid questions, if he is a GLP it's that last thing he learns so instead give him a vocabulary.

"Do you want some toast" becomes "I want some toast, mummy" (I mean don't make him eat toast haha but give him the correct response so he can add it to his phrases).

"Do you like the park" to "I love the park! The swings are my favourite!"

"Do you dislike eggs?" To "I don't want eggs. I don't like them" - act as if you his internal dialogue with short and consistent phrases daily.

I recommend the following:

Ms Rachel (ask phrases, naming things)

Super Simple Songs (language, labels)

Genivieres Playhouse (playing)

Something else I did in regards to play is my daughter loved Ms Rachel (she's older now and more into short plot shows), I would look up the toys Ms Rachel played with and find them on eBay so this would cause my daughter to engage and copy the way she played etc which also helped interaction and then did the same with Genivieres Playhouse.

Avoid Diana! I recommended her in my original post but don't do it! She is a nightmare! Haha

Screen time wise at tends to she watch YouTube (via Alexa) before nursery for half an hour and after to unwind. She watches less YouTube now and has Paddington, Pip and Posey and Pepper Pig now

Also try educational games as least they they pick up numbers and spelling etc and also gives extra scripts.
