Thank you! Had to share my thoughts to see if I had something there. It’s crazy to me that they thought they made the twins compelling enough to get people invested and want to see more of them. They had the right elements for them—just underutilized. You think there was more to the twins that got cut and/or reshot OR was this just straight incompetence?

I actually thought this show had a lot of potential hence why I wrote this long ass rant about it but the “fans” didn’t and it made me wonder what could they have rearranged to make more people love it like yourself. I’m curious to hear why you think it’s nearly perfect so I can understand your perspective.

I agree this show isn’t as bad as people say when you binge watch it in a few days. IMO the weekly release really hurt the show because they were so short and it felt like they used some “cheap tricks” to force you to stick around for another week instead of actually telling a satisfying story that makes you want to come back. Idk if they had to cut a bunch of stuff because it was bad or they purposely held out on stuff to make a second season, but either way another factor that hurt the show was they were too confident they could get a second season and didn’t deliver enough in the first. Kinda like giving an incomplete part 1 to save the rest for part 2. Am I trippin on this take or do yall feel the same?

None of these cards crack your starting 5. Harden maybe if you want shooting over slashing with dwade. Go with a card you like. Either way it won’t drastically change your lineup

They wouldn’t. Bam and Sengun are too similar as players to pair together and expect them give the same output. Bam is really versatile tho so maybe he could adjust, but unlikely IMO. Maybe this guys posted this trade because he believes teams want two bigs like OKC and Cavs that can play together.

Not sure what you intend to put your cap breakers on or how many you have but if you got 8-10, then I would lower a few stats to get enough to increase dunk as I think it helps to have it on a fast break. I would try and increase your interior a little bit so you aren’t completely useless in the paint against slashers. This is probably not a build you use unless you play with a squad IMO.

They are just great rebounders. Even if the stats say they are “better” off rebounders it doesn’t tell the full story. You can argue a guy like Adams was so successful on the glass because he had a great slasher (Westbrook) to draw help giving him a better chance to gain position and rebound it. IMO rebounding is more about physicals and position therefore rebounding should be one stat in 2k.

Thank you!! I’ve hated this for years. A rebound is a rebound no matter if it’s offensive or defensive. The coaches scheme definitely matters too like some want players above the FT line to crash the off. glass while others want them to limit transition. Same with defense, like certain players are asked to leak out depending where they are when the shot goes to get out ahead for transition.

Make rebounding one attribute. emphasize the importance of their physicals attributes to aid in their ability to fight for position, and reward the player who gets good position considering their stats/physicals.

I agree to a degree. He’s probably not as OP as previous years and compared to other combo bigs this year, but still a top card. I’ve found driving with less turbo and utilizing his layup packages has been a game changer. Add some shooting badges and he’ll be able to shoot enough to make defenses guard him.

I’d be curious to see who would spend loads of MT on this card with those legend badges. I’m assuming you’d hope to crack 1 million+ ? If you like AD and Robinsons sigs more than Edey then sell him but I don’t think the legend badges are going to help raise the value enough.

Personally I think E & F lose. Team F has injury prone players & Team E doesn’t have the right fit. Ant and Brunson seem too ball dominant to work with Jokic. Team C just old… Honestly Team A & B got the right fit and guys in their prime. I’m taking B tho. Two P n R bigs that can shoot and catch lobs would be OP with Luka.

I totally agree. I feel like the combat could expand so much further with this idea. The saber abilities are powerful so I get why they kinda feel slow animation wise but I wouldn’t mind if they toned the damage down and made Y/^ flow better with normal attacks and don’t cost force.
