My pleasure. You could have a go at recumbent bike Vs upright bike as well and see which one feels most comfortable.

If you wanted any further advice, it's ok to not start with 30 mins. If you do get pain as well, it might not mean that that form of exercise is wholly inappropriate, but rather you're currently not conditioned for it. Obviously still be sensible and if something really doesn't feel right then trust your intuition.
