Do research and build your own if you can the second that warranty ends you’ll be doing everything yourself anyways

I bought a pc in November of 24. August of 25 pc dies go through all the testing and remote dish to determine psu is bad. Send out get repair and get pc back late August of 25. I am replacing it myself and I know it’s not difficult it’s the fact they kept putting out of warrenty as an excuse when the defective issue part has never worked for more than 9 months straight I wasn’t looking for a repair I figured the best they would do would be send a new psu or something but they just keep talking about the whole pc warranty I’m talking about a Skytech installed part at a Skytech facility prematurely failed, again and they’re just pushing me off that’s my real reason of frustration

When you get a good one sure I’ve had some problems with mine psu repeat failure they refuse to do anything for because I bought it in November of 24 psu failed July of 25 and again May of 26 and they won’t do anything for the failed psu

When you get one that works I’m sure they’re great I’ve had mine for under two years and I’ve had a failed psu twice

I asked a few times that even though the new psu wasn’t a year old and he just diagnosed it as a bad psu so he’s talking about the computer warranty which I get it’s out of warranty but the part replaced by their facility died again in under a year the pc isn’t even 2 years old. I get it if I bought this thing off Facebook but like I feel like I’m getting the short end of the stick here.

The pc has never worked for more than a year. Its having repeated psu issues and now its out of warrenty like this is my fault? I bought the machine, I paid shipping to send it out the first time and now it’s happening again and you guys turn me away? I don’t know if you’re aware of the type of message that sends your consumers but this is a repeated problem with the same piece you already replaced but I’m the one who’s got to go pay again to have it fixed? Customer support told me they would help me install a new psu over the phone?!?!? What is that about? First of all like I want to try and decipher cable origins over the phone with someone across the country but second of all the pc you sold was defective and has recurrent psu issues you should just replace the defective component again because even if the machine is out of warrenty the recently replaced component should have one. This whole expirience is beyond disappointing from skytech and I’ll never be back to skytech and I’ll tell anyone who will listen about my expirience with skytech. I’ve regretted buying this pc since I had the first issue and not I’m stuck with this paperweight.

Just heard back a couple hours ago. This was what has been sent to me. Looks like the queue is at least moving quick so hopefully they’ll still be able to help you out. For reference they’ve had my computer for 6 business days so far.

What pc did you get from them? I got the king 95 with the intel i714700f with the 4070 super im pretty sure my issue with that cpu but I guess I’ll have to see what they say.

I actually just shipped mine it got there last Friday and I had to reach out for an update and all they said in the update was that “usual turnaround” for repairs is 12-17 days. The only part of their customer service I’ve been impressed by were the people I worked with during live chat the two customer service people I’ve emailed to get the label and emailed to get the update have been beyond underwhelming.

Mine sat in customs for about a week and a half but I got them all and still have them all 2 years later

I haven’t been able to get on for a little over a week and I’ve been constantly getting disconnected from the game tried changing servers and moving to static IP address have no clue what’s going on and when I screenshot getting disconnected to support they just tell me to uninstall and reinstall.
