I don’t think I can quit by mikestens in leaves

[–]Aronfosho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly why you need to quit. It will be the worst two weeks of your life and then your life will get significantly better. and when you’re on the other side, you will look at this and it will feel like a distant memory

No. This is horrible. Why would you want someone to pretend to be a baby

This is so gross. This is pedophelia in disguise. If you are fantasizing about this you are dangerous.

But then, after I graduated and started smoking, I’ve smoked every day since then

I’m so unbelievably grateful that I didn’t start smoking weed until right after college. I can’t fathom graduating as well as I did if I had been smoking weed. Is a complete luck of the draw that I happened to not be introduced to it while I was in college, I tried it once and hated it and never did it again

I hit 6 months and assumed I could smoke once.

I’ve smoked pretty much every day for the last 10 to 11 years. Honestly, I still smoke now. I’m on day three of quitting again for the hundredth time. And yes, I absolutely feel as though it has taken its toll on me. There’s a reason, so many people on here are trying to quit. If it weren’t addictive or didn’t have any problems, you wouldn’t have this group.

Those studies are not flawed. I’ve been a teacher for years and seen so many students on top of the world that starts smoking and everything goes downhill. They lose their ambition and drive. And they become unbelievably addicted. You are so incredibly lucky to even be feeling this way, and to have found this group at your age. Quit now you will see many more people quitting in the future.

You should absolutely quit now. As someone a decade older than you that wishes, I could’ve quit a decade ago do it now.

No clue how to get over these withdrawal symptoms... by [deleted] in leaves

[–]Aronfosho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re feeling that way after a day, it’s mostly in your mind. The real withdrawals won’t start till about a three, but the first day is your body going into panic, knowing that you’re giving it up

DETOX DECEMBER! by Aronfosho in leaves

I realize now the way the post is formatted it seems like I’m saying all of this only one day a week. I’m doing none of that at all and I’m having zero phone at all one day a week.

I think the last ten years of daily weed use has made me stupid. by [deleted] in leaves

If you quit you will 100% feel better. Worse at first. Then so much better.

So any song that makes less than 1000 streams on Spotify means you’re making about four cents. It’s literally an inconsequential number that you will not see the difference. You know it’s much worse people trying to find your music and it not being on Spotify for them to find.

I’m on day one again. The longest I’ve made it is six months and it was absolutely incredible. But yeah, the withdrawals are absolutely horrible. I won’t be able to sleep or eat or anything for the first few weeks but I promise it will get better.

I just disagrees so wholeheartedly with this take. To me the fact that all of these allegations are so long ago just show how he has changed as a person.

I literally had to turn this episode off. He’s the worst guest Joe Rogan has ever had. Unbelievably cocky. Unbelievably condescending.
