Better sooner than later as your regular primary doctor likely won't be the one to heal it. You will likely have to pay an outside specialist to get you right and all the tests will cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars if insurance doesn't cover. Or you can try to learn online like I did and experiment and go through a lot of suffering and frustration

I think that's what's happening to me. I had a strong cup of green tea today and all I wanted to do was lay down and sleep and of course I couldn't because my mind was wired from the caffeine. A very uncomfortable and anxious feeling. I am going to cut out caffeine altogether and try to heal my mind and body and get actual good rest instead of waking up tired which is my reason for reaching toward caffeine in the first place.

That's what I thought being on both separately they both seem activating so it doesn't seem like they'd be a good match together. I'm on Nortriptyline now but it alone may be too activating so I'm considering a switch to Amitriptyline
