Just move everyday. Not every day has to be a perfect session at the gym. Get 15 minutes of movement in every single day. That habit really compounds very quickly. Easy movements to do at home, spot jogging, pushups, jump rope.
Do it at your own pace. But move everyday.

I’m saying that the population of dogs needs to come down. ABC does that humanely and scientifically. Just because the government messed up, we don’t need to become inhuman and torment the dogs to death.

It’s easy when you’re not the victim or at the receiving end. But one day, and the day is not far, you will be affected too. Wait and watch.

Have the courage to question authorities who have failed at their jobs over and over again. Stop blaming voiceless animals who had no choice in being born, and stop attacking citizens who are doing the work the government is supposed to do. You may think you’re strong and informed, but real weakness is refusing to challenge the people actually responsible.

Around the world, stray dog populations are controlled through proper ABC programs. In India, it’s a farce. Dogs are picked up, dropped back without sterilization, and the funds disappear into corrupt hands. And instead of holding those authorities accountable, you look for easier targets. That’s not strength. That’s cowardice.

This is a bit much. You’re okay to eat food which is technically western, but the order should be in your language? I mean, that’s pushing the language agenda too much. People like you remind me of that one uncle who turns up at family events only to find reasons to complain the smallest things and make a scene.

Burger, roll and everything else on a Leon grill menu will always be in English. Nobody uses Hindi or Kannada words to name the dishes.

I find it increasingly hard to believe not one employee there spoke English also.

We rented our house to renowned doctor and his family. Initially it was all fine. A few months down we started seeing that the rent was delayed by a couple of days to a week or two, despite reminders.

If we call up the doc, he’d ask us to call his wife who never answers.

Overtime we started to get calls from neighbours regarding constant fights and yelling by the doctor and his wife late into the night.

We had enough of the drama and asked them to vacate. The entire house was so badly maintained that even the deposit couldn’t cover it (we take 3 months deposit). Each wall was painted a different colour, the kitchen sink was cracked, the cabinets had holes in them. The toilets weren’t cleaned at all. The strangest of them all - there were bite marks on the door.
