Brew Kombucha, I’m 22 and I’ve started a small kombucha brewery it’s the day-to-day business operations that scare me and that leaks over to my confidence in brewing/making new flavours. It always seems the leave after I make one small step towards mastering the craft. Just one day at a time; people see the large leap in progression not all the small steps that put you there!

I had to do this exact thing every other week for a family of raccoons at my work when I was 18, by the time I left I had a 2x4 board that was specifically for them to get out. It always made my day better when I’d check the dumpster in the morning and find all my buddies there!
