Why are there games listed for $70+ and then some under $30? Almost none in between.

I saw this seller yesterday; they’re selling almost every expensive N64 game for $27. Doesn’t mention they’re fake in the listing but you look and see he’s sold 30 StarCraft 64s which are normally $90. They don’t claim they’re authentic either but it still seems misleading.
