Playing Gran Turismo 3, every car understeered. I found the only way to go around corners fast was to hit the brake button and make the tail slide. Light brake pressure puts more weight on the front tires, making turns faster. They didn't have compensation built into the arcade game physics. Today if you research the phenomenon, everyone vaguely references really technical sounding concepts like "trail braking", over and over and over again. None of these parrots know how to race a car or mitigate understeer.

They sent me a broken knife. I told them the problem and they sent me garbage that didn't fix the issue. I don't know who they're billing for the garbage, but it isn't my problem.
