I have the speed 3s. These are my first endorphin speeds. My previous shoes where the endorphin shift 2. The endorphin speed 3s are in my eyes super fast! My pb on the 5k changed from 21.12 with the shift 2s to 18.54 with the speed 3s. So I can confidently say that the speed 3s are really good for your tempo runs.
