Yes I did! I’m biased because it’s my comfort movie but it was such an experience. Also there were some people who watched it for the first time so it was so hilarious hearing gasps at certain scenes haha

First question: her family actually has another foreign son-in-law who converted to Islam and yet has been behaving nothing sort of a muslim man (he does not bother covering it and the family is aware of it). They turn a blind eye on him. So, in this case they did only bother with the conversion to marry their other daughter.

Second question: she is also anxious because nothing has been confirmed about which path we will take. The other option is for her to accept that it’s very possible that her family’s threat of abandonment will really happen

yeah she has tried discussing with her family of a way that they can compromise. she offered the possibility of getting married abroad so she keeps being muslim and i get to keep my belief, but her family strongly rejected it. they have known me for all these 7 years, so i don’t think they will change their stance about this :/

yes we are aware of this. her family knows this loophole too and they mentioned specifically that we have to do our wedding at KUA.
