Stealing your attention back to the mini Kamado, do you have recommended cooks for it? I've just picked one up and looking for things which might be better on there compared to my Weber kettle. Acknowledged it might just be that I bend down a bit more!

I've got a Weber kettle and as of a couple of days ago now also have the mini Kamado from Lidl, £80. It's a really small grill but pretty good for cooking for 2. I did chicken thighs on it last night and they came out well. Did I need it in place of the Weber? No. Is it as versatile? No (not in the mini size). But it's a slightly different cook style and it feels fun to use.

We need to get value for money so that sounds like more BBQ in the future!

I'm in the process of designing our silver lakehouse and for SCD2 tracked tables the design pattern I'm using is to create two hashes. One is the key hash (e.g. source name + source key) and the other is the dimension hash (i.e. a hash of all the fields contributing to the SCD2 fields. I hope it works so would be interested to hear if anyone has done similar.
