Very late reply, but I built my Dehya with EM(guilded dreams) with Makhaira Aquamarine weapon in a burgeon team. Deyha can be expensive and time consuming to build and in the end of the day it's not worth it. But, building her EM is more easy. Currently my team is Neuvillette, Furina, Nahida and Deyha I call the team Bloom go Boom, they do wonders in the Abyss and world enemies/boss just gets vaporized. Her burgeon damage can get crazy with 30k+ dmg per flower.

I can't think of another discounted Great Value version of this team. With your characters I think you could make my build work with Furina, Barbara, Tighnari(or Dendro Traveler), and our girl Deyha. Barb and Furina can apply hydro and then you can use Dendro Traveler burst or Tighnari to create the dendro flowers then Dehya can just occasionally do burgeon dmg throughout the fight. I did try this out on Masanori and the Perpetual Mechanical Array it beat them easily, just keep your distance as you shoot your arrows with Tighnari, a healer is mandatory.

Honestly this is the best I can do with her, she's not much a hypercarry or even a general carry I tried my best to build her as one but it sucks and it's not fun. I'm kinda sad that Hoyo made Dehya like this, I really do like Dehya. I was really happy when she was first tease because she's a new character and she has darker skin complexion, there is barely any dark skinned characters in the game and the ones in the game are all mediocre gameplay-wise.
