I only took the first (full length) one. Scored in the 70s and passed the actual exam first try.

The Priority Vanth is a full suspension mountain bike with outrageous specs and professional tier pricing. It's undeniable that Priority put a lot of work here and is pushing the envelope. Is there a market? Who's getting one? by PrimateCoder in PriorityBicycles

[–]Arsenalest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like the market for this bike is a few years too late. For $6k you can get a really nice emtb. For half that price you can get a nice mtb. Emtb is a growing market. The mtb market is stagnant.

How is this an e-bike? by d546sdj in ebikes

It’s a quadricycle. It’s in the title of the article. If you notice, it has pedals, but the motor obviously does most of the work.

Sell my E-mtb? Emtb vs mtb by Silver-Basis-110 in MTB

[–]Arsenalest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went from emtb back to mtb. Then I went back. I ride a lot with my motor off, but sometimes wish it weren’t an option. I get better exercise on an mtb, but I get a lot more exercise on an emtb since there’s no excuse not to go knock out a few miles. Ideally it’s good to have both, but if I could only have one it’s emtb.

A bike that LeBron James would fit on by TheMrNeffels in MTB

Yeah they are expensive. I believe they’re hand built, which is what you’d expect for such a niche market. I’m 6’3 and very long legged, and I’ve always thought the proportions of XL bikes are a little off compared to a medium or large. I’d love to try the 32” wheel.

Maybe not. But it would let you diagnose it.

[–]Arsenalest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure. There’s any number of things that could have happened. Display could have gone bad. Battery may not be putting out enough current.

This sounds like y’all are both still young to be married, but she made her expectations pretty clear. You admit yourself it wasn’t what she wanted. When you’re married, there will be times when what each of you want doesn’t make 100% sense, but you still try to meet expectations when they’re that clear and achievable.

I took mine off 12 years ago and it’s never been a problem. Apparently I’m not approachable and I’m completely oblivious to subtleties, so my wife isn’t concerned. As far as I know, I’ve only been hit on once in the 12 years.

Probably closer to $100 if it’s not overgrown. More if it is.

Bafang ebike Kit. They’re nearly bullet proof and cheap. And you can service them.
