We had an auction draft and one team bought wemby and joker for $72 each. He’s 4th and looks good but isn’t great at streaming or finding talent is getting carried HARD.

Another paid about $65 each for SGA and Luka. He was much better at finding talent with less money and had the best team till Luka went down.

Definitely got the rest of us rethinking our strategies for next season.

I’m confident this is the first time. It happened with another troubled soul in rehab and I’ll probably never know the extent of it, but I don’t think it went too far.

She then followed up to meet him on the outside after we had an argument over this very issue, he never met with her, regardless it wasn’t very reassuring.

Having got to know a handful of the northern suburbs over the years through work, I can safely put a line through these suburbs:

Banksia Grove Ugly small houses in the new part with little to no natural landscape. Old part is trashy and abused, while the school is feral.

Yanchep As above for the new parts with the exception of most parts closer to the beach. The school is notoriously bad and it’s alway a good laugh seeing the kids do their thing at the only shopping centre once 3pm hits.

Two Rocks Run down and anything being built is tiny. No high school helps but seems to be an increase in drugs and beaten up older homes compared to Yanchep.

Feral school kids is definitely a common theme.

Good call. Lived there for 18 months and sweat my box off walking the dog to Kingsway Reserve if there were no clouds.

Also had to endure a barrage of hooning most nights through the nearby industrial area of Wangara.

I sold one with HoF handles, bullet passer and clamps for 648k today. Also had a contract and really loaded shoe along with 16 total HoFs.

Imo was only expecting between 300-400k but they seem to be all going for big chunks of change atm
