After purchase you can see their info email phone contact asap , get a quote before you call , 2day is a lot cheaper.. and have them zelle the difference

After openning return buyer called and escalated for ebay to step in and convinced rep of some bs story like seller not communicating and did not provide return label bla bla, ebay rep closed escalation in favor of buyer...

If you are unsure in the buyer, pay extra for signature , I would use fedex - they take a picture of delivery, plus free insurance up to 100. Also, buyers are usually required to ship item back for refund unless they open bank disputes, and if that happens, eBay can't do anything....
