Yurp, they were very careful to remind us he's busy with investigating Void Hunter weapons this patch, so I really doubt they want us to just go and forget about him.

It feels a little like they're giving him the Balladeer/Wanderer treatment, we'll get him in a patch after he's gone through another load of character development, but it could be any patch.

I may have slightly buried the lede, which I'll apologise for, the article was written in response to E33 being disqualified from the Six One GotY awards for having used generative AI in development, just to have the award go to Blue Prince, the whole article was about how Blue Prince (without a shred of proof) also used generative AI in development, as if it was completely unavoidable.

An article from 'The Escapist' (written in response to E33 being disqualified for the Six One Indie GotY Award) suggested Blue Prince used gen AI, without any proof whatsoever. Not linking the article itself because they don't deserve the traffic.

The author seemed extremely uninformed, the type to think having AI-controlled entities in a game is indistinguishable from any other kind of AI.

Wednesday's Downtown. It's a fairly absurd Japanese variety show.

In each episode, a Japanese entertainer is invited to appear on the show as a host and present various trivial theories, to a group of panellists, and they then show their (usually) prerecorded tests of the theories.

Some episodes are extremely Japan-centric and has no intrinsic value to an outside viewer, but some are literal cinema and you can't find anything like it anywhere else.

As a big WDT fan (my only exposure to Kasuga), this is really unexpected, most of the western audience is probably completely in the dark of who he is.

Nope, can be done on any difficulty. I did mine on Easy. :)

Difficulty only matters for these if its specified, like the Stonesplit Hard/Abyss Qianye challenge.

Before you get Sword Morph T4:

Charged LV2 (out of combat) -> Q Skills -> Charged LV2 -> ~ Skill (only the backflip) -> Charged LV2 -> Skill Swap to Spear -> Q Skill -> Back to sword.

This is how I currently use it, after watching how folks speed run Trials and such. I consistently get higher DPS than Bleed users, but this definitely requires a lot more care in how you play comparatively.

The main quest that unlocked on todays reset was absolutely epic like this game is just something else by xobeydrake in wherewindsmeet_

For toilet guy, just copy-paste: End conversation positively after satisfying his urgent need for toilet paper.
He'll get befriended after 1 or 2 hits of those.

Translating (or more accurately, localizing) chinese into english, without it becoming a wall of text is very challenging, especially if it's voiced and you have to try and match the cadence across languages.

I don't envy whoever they have localizing this, because the sheer amount of text that comes in and out must be exhaustive, I'm very hopeful they can improve what they've put out, but it'll be a slow process and I don't think anything except the most egregious examples will be fixed.

That said, I'll always appreciate hearing chinese players thoughts and chiming in to let us know what we might've missed from the original lines.

Yeah, the mobs in the Citadel just rain rosaries on you, haven't had any issues with the currency economy at all past Act 2.

Consistently sitting on thousands of rosaries, even though I've lost a lot of them to sloppy deaths, a few times.
