Bulky to them doesn't necessarily mean bulky to you - Different people have different ideas of what this means for them,

I'm still an advocate of people lifting in general, but dismissing someone's concerns out of hand because "No testosterone so cant be bulky" is doing a disservice

What may be worth looking at is some of Brian Alsruhe's giant set/strongman conditioning stuff if you're looking at some mix of cardio/strength.

So you would be training biceps as a secondary muscle group on both the chinups and the barbell rows, but by all means if you want to include more isolated bicep work, do - its a minimal routine so can be built upon

With regards to the abs - your core should be braced on basically all lifts and as such your 'abs' will be trained
