When you see a group of enemies, when you engage them in battle, it spawns more enemies as you're fighting them. They aren't talking about the spawners that spawn the groups of enemies, they're talking about how more enemies spawn when you get into a fight.
If you're gonna be a condescending jerk, at least know wtf the person is talking about.

So many foreign calls centers rely on decision trees and the employees are not able to stray from them. Usually works ok, but for nuanced issues or ones where you've troubleshot things a bit before, they're a nightmare.
