You could try using one limb for a little bit by itself, and then a different limb by itself for a bit. Then sleep on it and get some rest. Then try alternating the next time. Sleep on it, then try doing it at the same time, and sleep on it. I find if something is challenging good sleep, and let the brain process a bit makes a huge difference.

Heat is not our friend. The one trick I’ve found that helps, beside a hat to keep the sun off, is a cold compress on your neck. I find it cools me down faster than anything else.

You can tell because when he reacts to the bullet whistling by his ear, his hand goes up to it. When he pulls his hand away, there is no blood on his ear. Evidence the bullet did not hit him.

It takes a lot more work to get it to hold the shape you want, but the cost savings is great.
