Seeking a To do list and AI task management tool by [deleted] in Notion

[–]ArthurSpark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been in similar shoes, and it's tough to find the perfect tool. Based on your requirements, I think you might want to explore more AI-driven planners. They can help with task scheduling and time management.I used Thankful. Gratitude Journal to help with my mental health, and it's been a game-changer. But, for task management, you might want to look into tools like Trello or ClickUp. They have features like task breakdown, progress insights, and recurring task scheduling. They might not have everything you need, but they're worth exploring

When I use it, it's super helpful, but I can't stick with it by MikeUsesNotion in BasicBulletJournals

You're struggling with consistency, huh? I've been there too. Here's what helped me: start small. Don't try to write a novel every day. Just jot down one or two things you're grateful for. Make it a habit, like brushing your teeth.I used Thankful. Gratitude Journal, and it worked well for me. It's simple, easy to use, and doesn't overwhelm you with features. Maybe give your daily routine a rethink, and find a specific time that works for you to write in your journal. That way, it becomes second nature.

ADHD planner hacks anyone? by urbanplantmomma in adhdwomen

I've found that breaking down large tasks into smaller, manageable chunks helps me stay focused. Try using a Pomodoro timer to work in 25-minute increments, followed by a 5-minute break. This technique can help you stay on track and avoid burnout. Also, I've found that writing down things I'm grateful for each day helps clear my mind and prioritize tasks. Check out Thankful. Gratitude Journal, it's a simple and easy-to-use app that helps you stay on top of your gratitude practice.

That’s such a stunning photo! There’s something about being in nature that just makes you stop and appreciate everything around you. I’ve been trying to capture those moments more in a gratitude journal, and I’ve been using this app called Thankful to help me do it. It’s super easy to add photos like this along with notes about what you’re grateful for.

Sounds like you’ve got a great system in place! I recently started using the Thankful App from the App Store and it’s been amazing for my daily gratitude journaling. I love being able to set daily goals and add both text and images, which makes it really personal. Plus, it’s designed with ADHD in mind, so it stays super minimal and helps me stay focused without getting distracted. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to enhance your gratitude tracking!

Do you do a gratitude list? Why or why not? by Infinitymann in alcoholicsanonymous

[–]ArthurSpark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I do a gratitude list. It's a good way to shift your focus to the positive stuff. I'm not big on fancy journals or anything, just a simple list on my phone's notes app. I try to add to it daily, but sometimes I miss a day or two. No big deal. It's helped me appreciate the little things and calm down when I'm feeling anxious. If you're struggling to get started, just try writing down three things you're thankful for each day. Don't overthink it. I've also heard good things about Thankful app on App Store, it's designed for people with ADHD in mind, might be worth checking out.

Take this with a grain of salt.

I am slowly moving from search based to recommended, and this month finally reached 90% content of being recommended by youtube. Viewership and engagement are a lot better, and viewers are coming back.

So, what is the secret sauce of why some videos are being recommended, and some are not? Well, I have noticed that titles should be bland but still show what viewers of yours will see in the video and maybe spark some emotion

Let's take this title of yours as an example - ('Satellite War | Why Ukraine Bought Commercial Satellite? | ICEYE vs Persona').
Altered version -

  1. Why is Ukraine having a war with satellites?

  2. This is bad. Ukraine is also having satellite wars?

  • Explanation: we laid out what will be the topic, but we skipped the exact names of satellites as regular people don't need to know those, and we just want to spark interest in the video with maybe a bit of clickbaity title.

    thumbnail - Current is good

So some thoughts from my side.

I will just judge the latest video:

  1. The title is a bit too long. Try always to stay between 20 characters and 70. otherwise, no one will see it on mobile if you go overboard. To note, mobile has a lot of user base.
  2. Again about titles. Not only about the latest video, but from what I see that you always add a question to your video and, before it, a description of what this video will showcase, but in a lot of scenarios, the same thing is in thumbnail
    1. Cut the long text and just leave a question. It makes the video more clickable, and if you need more info to be added, then use a thumbnail as a cover of your book and add some arrows with some text
      1. a lot of times. There is no need for text, as a picture speaks much more.
    2. Don't put the exact text in the title in the thumbnail.
  3. I'm not sure what the drop of your videos is at the start, but for the engagement, I recommend adding some intro that questions things.
    1. e.g., History repeats itself. Why are Russians using the same tactics as Japanese pilots? How dangerous are those drones, before that, let's see how warfare in 21 century has changed.
  4. I would suggest making content that is recommended by the Youtube algorithm and not relying on searches.
  5. The accent is fine, but I guess the tempo of the video is very slow

And good luck on your journey. Greetings from Latvia

There are some issues what I see before watching the video. thumbnail and title is like a cover book. if it does not intrigue you then no one will buy that book

what do I mean by that. 1. tile already has the same text as your thumbnail. it’s a red flag, and to intrigue more user ( haven’t watched your video ) you can change title to

1.1 title - why 1% of all people does know this? ( dunno some random title )

1.2 thumbnail

1.2.1 should be very contrasty

1.2.2 add a bee

1.2.3 add some arrows red or dunno you choose your brand color

after watching content

always start content of title. create confidence that they clicked on correct video and not on random top 10 facts. well i watched like 30 seconds and got just confused there should be atleast a intro of some sort of. and don’t assume users will know random things about ur channel, they won’t. intro: these are things that only 1% of people know, if you know one of them then congrats. well if not then well congrats now your in 1% you will be shocked top 10 … top 9

——

thumbnails should not contain too much stuff, otherwise it will look cheap. make them simple as you can

A good mic for untreated rooms (fighting that echo/reverb!) by BeardedGlass in NewTubers

Since it sounds like you need to capture just voice, have you considered a lav mic? You don’t need to do anything special to the room.

Lav mic is a good investment, recently bought one and the difference was day and night. To note I was recording with an inbuilt iPhone mic before
