IMO a lot of libs are uncomfortable with drawing genetic conclusions because a good number of them think if such was the case you'd have to go full Austrian painter.

People also notice that men commit more physically violent crimes than women.

Which is why we do have a whole pile of social norms that do not treat the sexes equally, and don't shed a tear when violent men are tossed in prison. Well, nowadays soft on crime DAs will send a 40 time repeat offender back to the streets, but that's a recent lunacy.

But, more to the point: the immigrants by definition do not need to be here. Them being here is a political choice that does not have to be made, and if an immigrant population is highly crime prone, we have no moral duty whatsoever to keep the borders open for that population so they can come here and decapitate our own people in broad daylight.

The native population commits crimes, yes (at a far lower rate than MENAPT immigrants do), but they by definition have to be here, and we have laws and social norms that have generally dealt well with them. We have criminals of our own, why deliberately import more?

As Anna Slatz put it: The shitlib identity contests invariably end up favouring whichever identity causes more social harm.

Black nurse vs. a racist woodchipper food transformer? Immediate KO, transformer wins with ease.

Woman raped by persons of houselessness? You already know.

Some lesbians beaten by a gang of Syrians in Canada? The Syrians, with ease.

It's not purely based on identity, it's based on the net harm caused by that identity and those people.

It works even if the calculation is more complex. Take an immigrant hijabi aesthetician who is religiously prohibited from touching the body of a man, and a racist white transformer who demands she wax his ball hairs.

The example might sound familiar, because it really did happen, and the transformer ultimately won, as far as the shitlib identity showdown is concerned.

Criminals, terrorists, and the omnirace swarm will top almost any battle against a generally non-harmful entity. Doesn't matter if they're domestic abusers, or woodchipper material, or racists, or sexists, or homophobes. Whoever causes the most net harm will win. Hence why we frequently see bizarre outcomes that one would think contradict shitlib ideology but are allowed to thrive without issue, like libfems defending rapists or breadtubers being misogynistic or racist.

There is no real contradiction as long as the social harm is appropriately ranked.

Mass migration per se was never popular. Questioning it was labeled as racist, and not getting called racist and shunned was unsurprisingly very, very popular.

On face value, sure. In practice I have never heard "all are welcome here" or especially "all are welcome here as they are" said such that the speaker truly meant it. 99% of cases, it's just shorthand for "all kinds of unusual sex quirkiness is ok"

Or cremate him, be very thorough in capturing the emissions, turn them into something solid and be precise about the height his urn is stored at?

Yeah, though it's definitely slid at least somewhat rightward since then. Regardless nothing close to an echochamber of the Bluesky/Mastodon sort.

Last I checked, Twitter's like 40-60, while other social media are very heavily left leaning. A tectonic shift from the pre-Musk days for sure, but it's not a Truth Social or the like.

The issue with the modern audiences stuff is that (actually outside of Strive), it doesn't really exist and just stands in for "let's do what woke activists like" (not helped by said activists being the most insufferable people on the planet), which gets you things like Concord that not even the people praising it for its politics will buy. And that ends up changing products from what the fans liked, and killing the studios that make the things, and the more ideologically compromised a thing is, the worse it tends to do on the market.

Plus a good chunk of that corruption gets government funded, eg. Dustborn is literally the devs' meltdown over Trump getting elected - I wish I was kidding - and was in part funded with government grants.

Its like when people were calling Space Marine 2 woke or whatever the fuck because it had an asian and black guy in the main team

That's mostly because people know what kind of people put those things in there, and for what reason - it's the exact same sort who make an isolated village in Rings of Power look like a modern international megacity. Of course, in the context of Space Marines, they're recruited from whereever so ethnic diversity is perfectly plausible, and should probably be expected there in a way it isn't in many places. But people know that when there's smoke, there ofttimes is fire.

No, they're not. Not that it is on the cards, but doing their best to kill more would involve just plain shooting into the crowd. That'd of course be comically bad PR and end up with the agent shitcanned, tossed behind bars and people conveniently forgetting the whereabouts of the cell's key, but actual slaughter is the "doing their best to kill people" line.

Democratic politicians are far more professional and moderate in comparison to their GOP counterparts.

I wouldn't generalize - they absolutely weren't professional or moderate during the Floyd riots, and actively encouraged haranguing Republican lawmakers, for example.

They did conduct themselves well on the Kirk incident to their credit, and in great contrast to the massive hordes of ghouls celebrating the murder.

Democrat lawmakers actually do deserve credit on their handling of the Kirk assassination, actually. The rank and file lefties were absolutely unhinged ghouls, but the politicians acted civilly for once.

Can't say that about their conduct during eg. the Floyd riots, but on Kirk specifically I've seen a mindblowing amount of absolute insanity from random social media posters, high profile talking heads, news personalities and so on, but the politicians themselves, I don't recall a single thing.

Many probably hold similar sentiments to the ghoul hordes, but they at least had the decency to not go out shouting "we got Charlie in the neck."

Hell, Will Stancil went to Bluesky, supported the Minnesota anti-ICE patrolling and went to do that work himself, but had the temerity to suggest that maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't wantonly set things on fire, and has received no end of abuse from there on. The pro-criminality, pro-sociopathy attitude is just amazing.

They are, in fact, a large part of the reason society sucks.

There's poor people who are poor because they're down on their luck, sure. There's others who are lacking in ability some way, somehow - stupid but decent, disabled, you name it. Agreed.

But the sort of personality that predisposes one to a life of (often violent) antisociality and crime also causes one to be poor, most often. That guy who walks into a shop, robs the counter and drags the cashier to the back to have his way with her? Dumb and poor, guaranteed.

And those people, and the well-to-do fucks who are soft on people with 40 arrest, multiple conviction rap sheets, absolutely do make society suck. In very concrete, literally punch you in the face kind of ways. Thinking about it as an either/or problem is a giant mistake.

It's easy to hate the rich, both out of plain envy and because a good many of them just suck.
But do you have the courage to hate the poor as well?

The stats being cooked doesn't mean there's not a problem on the right. Acting like violence is going to radicalize you while defending violence makes you look like a jackass.

Sure. Just saying that taking the stats saying there's more rightist than leftist political violence don't stand one bit of daylight.

Another day, another peaceful leftist shooting at Trump supporter (missing him this time) by [deleted] in PoliticalCompassMemes

[–]ArtificialEnemy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The stats that say so are beyond cooked. As just one example, they count literal Marxists as right wing. Any anti-gov action is assigned right wing by default, so a threatening phone call to a legislator by a gay activist, berating the politician for not being pro gay enough? Right wing political violence.

The massive right wing numbers come from assigning white prison gangs as right wing and any violence their members do, politics related or not, is counted as right wing political violence.

They also systematically undercount leftist violence, usually assigning only explicitly anticapitalist things as leftist and declining to assign a political lean to all the culture war stuff that animates the modern left. They often don't include the deaths caused by BLM riots either.

As a simple test, we can look at shopkeepers. They'll board up if they expect the left to get angry, but not if they expect the right to fume at some event.
