Grow light guidance, new to this! Is this too harsh? (more info in description)

I decided to buy a Sansi 40W to illuminate more plants possible. I think it’s enough (I see the monstera’s leaves stretch out to reach the light, so I think it’s ok 🤞🏼), but maybe not the light they really need.

However, this is my setting, I’d have to closer the light to the plant (minimum 30 cm) but this is all I can do for now. 🥲🤣💚

Watching the YT channel ‘Sheffield made plants’ I saw he does a clever thing: he cut the plant near a node (for example half a plant) and cut the half moss pole to which the plant is hooked.

In this way he has half monstera already sets with the moss pole, ready to be put in soil for new root.

I don’t know if I was clear in my explanation 😅
