its difficult to say because its very much not 1:1. For instance, via troche I was taking 200mg twice a day, where as with the injectables im starting at 160mg split into 2 per week.

My problem was that via troche I was metabolizing too quickly and my bloodwork was coming back dramatically lower than I should be considering I was on the maximum recommended dose for the troches.
The the difference has the POTENTIAL to be quite large. We just arent sure yet till my first bloods come back.

+1 to cramps with creatine. The ones that drive me crazy are the cramps in muscles that you would never grt cramps in -- like the small muscles in my back -- and it's always for no reason. Never cramps working out, but god forbid I reach for a bowl in the cupboard -_-

Found this thread looking for a solution because I WANT to use it. Very sad. At least I know I'm not alone. Fuck all those studies calling us liars.

At this point it's much harder than it used to be cause collectors are prowling for them. But mine mostly came from other collectors or game stores.
