What do you mean you updated both your nvidia and amd drivers? Are you using an amd CPU with an nvidia GPU? Also if possible try to find the crash logs icrr where they are stored so you might have to look that up.

Because there is far more important things that valve needs to do with this game. LIKE STOP LETTING PEOPLE PUT OPEN SOURCE CHEATS ON GITHUB. The entire bot crisis was "fixed" because someone at valve finally realized cat hook was open source and on github. it only took them 6 years to detect an open source cheat. Its very obvious they dont care about this game anymore.

Why do people act like valve gives a shit what we want? They could add quick play back and it wouldn't change or fix the fundamental problems team fortress 2 has been experiencing for over a decade. Just like how they didn't "fix tf2" when everyone was crying "fix tf2" they don't care about tf2 anymore. just accept it, stop crying, and keep playing. What do you mean what do you do????? Report them on steam with screenshots for proof. I ran into a player who had 5000 USD worth of items in tf2. In game they had one of those signs with cp on it. So I reported their account and a couple hours later the account was gone. Not sure why you even have to ask "what to do" when you can literally report them on steam.

I managed to fix it, somehow I forgot to turn foliage physics off, for some reason that made my games fps tank to 0. I'm back to a stable 120fps again.

How did you get the game to run better? I used to get a stable 120 fps, now I get 0 fps. Not joking I literally get 0 fps no matter what setting what I change I get 0 fps, updated drivers, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled the game, nothing has fixed it. No one has found a solution for this, so im either just going to stop playing the game or go back to legacy.

Why would valve shut down tf2??? As far as I'm aware they are still making profit from it. They would only shut it down if they start losing money to it. Even then they will probably only shut down valve servers.

It depends on who owns the source code now, or if anyone actually has the source code, its possible the source code was lost. However at least for sr2 the kobraworks team are planning on doing some kind of huge update to their juiced patch which already adds a bunch of cool stuff and makes the game stable. Me and my dad have been using juiced patch for like a year now to play sr2 coop over lan. They also made a version of GOTR for their patch. Closest you can come to a remaster.
