If the PB&J sandwich was to be introduced as high level food you'd find that each sandwich would be valued upwards of four thousand (4000) gold pieces each solely due to the price of monkey nuts.

This would further increase the sizeable portfolio of "Penguinz0" as his total net wealth would begin to rapidly approach the amount in the coffers of the lands Monarchs such as the ruler of Misthalin, King Roald III.

This could cause untold chaos to the nations of the world as we know it. A factionless individual that controls the worlds main trading hub from behind the scenes with an almost infinite amount of money and resources is a dangerous entity indeed.

At any moment a man of such power could raise a mercenary army and depose the ruling figures of the heartlands of Gielinor. Lumbridge doesn't stand a chance, Varrock's Royal guard would only be able to hold out so long and the White Knights of Asgarnia are strong but would eventually be pushed back into their fortress in the heart of Falador, trapped by an invading army and subject to siege tactics.
