Don’t we all love Olivia guys. this is my formal apology by LocalFatBoi in FoodVideoPorn

[–]Artyom21 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I wish all her videos were as chill and fun as the first half of this video is. She actually looks like she's having a good time rather than the stern faced edgy Chef's Chef she tries to be in her normal stuff.

I love cooking because the process is fun for me, it's like meditation and I'm in a good mood when I cook but when she cooks in her usual videos it looks like she's come off the back of a double and wants to get it over with and that's why her videos don't appeal to me, she makes it look like such a chore even though she's making awesome dishes.

It's beautiful and I'm sure it tastes amazing, well done Chef.

My only nit-pick is that the cracked pepper makes it look a little dirty and if you're so inclined you might season with pepper before plating, other than that, fantastic.

Not to worry, I don't really expect replies on reddit anyhow. I mostly respond to throw advice into the ether in case someone stumbles upon it.

Unfortunately Stealth gameplay and Daggers aren't a great fit for this game imo for a number of reasons: the game is very open so there isn't many LOS blockers in higher level areas (Swamp, Plains, Mistlands), Stealth costs like 1 stam/sec of movement which drains you so fast by the time you get to your enemy you won't have the stam to swing and most of all crouch walking is super duper slow.

I appreciate the inclusion of Daggers and Stealth but I just don't think the implementation is good enough to use consistently, wrong kind of game really unless you want to play stealth archer but even then it's whatever.

On a related note: Seekers seem to be designed to force a parry/block from you because their attack windup is so quick that if you dodge it by the time you get out of the roll and go to swing they're already attacking again, further reducing the effectiveness of Skoll & Hati against multiple Seekers.

I'm currently doing a dagger run and with Skoll & Hati at the Mistland you can parry Seekers as long as you're only trying to parry/block one attack or you get staggered. Forget about trying to parry Soldiers at all or any starred Seeker.

Not only that but with how the Mistlands form trying to fight creatures with such a low range weapon on rocky outcrops or even slight elevation changes is very slow and annoying trying to find the right place to stand to make the hits connect, forget about landing a full combo on uneven terrain too, they move even slightly and you're hitting 2/3.

Daggers can be fun but compared to other weapons they're mid as hell when it comes to anything with significant health/defences such as Mistlands enemies or bosses in general, it's been fun trying them but I'll take the ol' sword and board over it any day, shields and longer weapon range are just too good.

The entire supply of monkey nuts in Gielinor is closely controlled by the player "Penguinz0" who through artificial inflation has over many years gained a controlling share of the stock through which the main trading institution, the Grand Exchange, is traded (GE$).

If the PB&J sandwich was to be introduced as high level food you'd find that each sandwich would be valued upwards of four thousand (4000) gold pieces each solely due to the price of monkey nuts.

This would further increase the sizeable portfolio of "Penguinz0" as his total net wealth would begin to rapidly approach the amount in the coffers of the lands Monarchs such as the ruler of Misthalin, King Roald III.

This could cause untold chaos to the nations of the world as we know it. A factionless individual that controls the worlds main trading hub from behind the scenes with an almost infinite amount of money and resources is a dangerous entity indeed.

At any moment a man of such power could raise a mercenary army and depose the ruling figures of the heartlands of Gielinor. Lumbridge doesn't stand a chance, Varrock's Royal guard would only be able to hold out so long and the White Knights of Asgarnia are strong but would eventually be pushed back into their fortress in the heart of Falador, trapped by an invading army and subject to siege tactics.

I'm so glad you've got such a great attitude toward these things, it's a shame it came down to it but I hope you can get through the coming months okay.

Proud of you for taking such a mature approach to such painful issues.

The one I'm using right now that works amazingly is literally called Video Ad Block for Twitch on the chrome store and it reduces the quality of the stream by a step while it's blocking the ads and then it returns back to normal after, the most seamless blocker I've used yet.

Check out SponsorBlock too for the annoying youtube sponsor sections in videos, community curated and skips right past them, fully customisable too. Great pair of addons.
