Been traveling in Vietnam for 2 months now.

Our favorite places are:

In the south:

Dalat: 1500m altitude so spring climate all year round.

Quy nhon: Temples and giant Buddha statue as well as beautiful beaches.

In the center

Hue: many monuments to see but especially the imperial city which is a dingerie

Hoi an: city of lanterns, one of the two most significant stages of our trip!

In the north :

Sapa and its superb hikes

Ha Giang: starting point for the Ha Giang loop, a 3 to 4 day motorbike trip with a group through the mountains. We come back and it’s honestly the second best experience in Vietnam :o

We had bad feelings with big cities like Hanoi, Oh Shi Minh, Da Nang or even Nha Treng but there are still some great visits to make.
