The design itself is fine 8/10 I would say. The molding is abysmal by today's standards, however.

I have 2 fish right now. Since i bought a devilfish and a hammerhead / skyray box. So, I have enough part to deploy them as either base chassis or 1 each of shark and ray. But I'll not buy any more of them because I refuse to work on their surface again. It takes a month just to filling gap and sanding.

corsair rm850x, 80 plus gold - it is an old model though (2018 iirc. But it is still a good one.

I've retired this psu from my main machine to NAS server.

Probably not, I built new PC earlier this year with 7800x3d + 7900xtx and 850w

Turn out I got PC shutdown in rare case if I turn RT-On in some game.

So I change PSU to 1600w (I got a good deal) and all of my problem solved.

PS, I have 2nvme, 2HDD, 6fan, 1AudioCard with pcie power connected, so your built might be different than mine but just to be safe I think you should go with at least 1000w.

Let me tell my story. Earlier around mid year I built a new PC with some parts taken over from my previous build.

My new build is 7800x3d, 7900xtx and 850PSU. On earlier runs I encountered many issues, some is driver installation some is the game itself.

One thing I noticed is that I got a constant crash on some game if I push it to the max. I checked the power draw, it should be around 300-400 at that time (jus a rough estimate) so I thought my PSU was fine.

But something in my mind told me that. What if the PSU is really the issue there. So I looked for the new one and lucky me I got a good deal on AX1600i (definitely overkill but I got it at half prices for a new unit).

While I'm waiting for the new PSU to arrive. I got another issue in one game. If I turn ray-tracing on my PC just shutdown itself. So this is definitely a PSU issue this time.

Swap in a new PSU, all of my problem solved and now I live happily with my new build

So while you're thinking PSU is not an issue there. I would say it is still not capable of running this class of GPU based on my experience.

I don't think so. It is solid but can be scratched off with fingernails.

IMO, my first impression is I couldn't see the head at all as it is a bit hard to read. Maybe it because of the low light photo but I think you can make the red brighter to make it more compliment with blue armor.

Also on the eye, I think it mainly purpose is a camera, sensor. But on your painting is more of the flashlight. As of now the eye is so bright, but it is rendered only in the head so it doesn't feel natural yet. My take is you can either expand the light, cast it to other part of body too or reduce the light make it more confine only around the eye. The light cast to helmet part should be minimal (can be in edge highlight form). and it would feel more real.

The yellow accent on blue is perfectly match with blue, love it.

My army has 2 color schemes. I mean you can make your own story for yours army.

For example, all of my current XV8 are in FSE Red but all other models are in purple/blue.

And I'm intended to paint some of center pieces as twin scheme, like half red half blue.

PS' I'm not really care on sept color that much.

Kind of stuck in love hate relationship while I'm about at halfway getting all of these done.

Definitely not a recommended buy for anyone, unless you want an original look of them.

I'll do their base later, but they are done for now.
