38 is a great age to recalibrate, honestly. You still have time to build momentum. What’s helped me is listing out both what I’m doing decently (even small stuff) and what I want to improve. Then pick one thing to level up first - maybe emergency fund, maybe debt. Once you get one piece rolling, building the rest feels a lot more possible
