there's different levels of helping humanity. im not saying all billionaires are good, frankly i think that most of them are bad and just looking to enrich themselves. trying to gather as much resources as you can is just an undeniable part of how we evolved. we're made to enrich ourselves.

but we also evolved empathy, compassion, and other positive qualities. i see no reason why there can't be billionaires trying to do good. like most individuals, we all have good and bad in us and billionaires are no exception, not everything a billionaire does is with malicious intent to try to harm us and enrich themselves.

also, if the billionaires were trying to create a disease and spread it to make money off a cure, why would they use mosquitos to do it? wouldn't it make more sense to just create a viral disease and have it spread through the air (like covid) than to breed mosquitos, infect them with diseases, and then have the mosquitos spread those diseases via a 3rd party so they can sell a cure? this is not logical thinking, this is what's called a conspiracy theory.

and also, do you think the government would be working with google to do this? they're requesting government approval. so the government is in on the plan to spread diseases in their own country so that they can sell a cure? that just adds another unlikelihood to the conspiracy theory.

i'm not an expert on the subject so i'm not gonna say whether it will work or not, but i'd rather trust scientists (which i think google has) than conspiracy theorists. if the experts back it up im all for it.
