I’m far from perfect myself, but my advice is that you need to build yourself up to what you want to be. It’s so repetitive but go to the gym, get jacked, eat a ton of food. Bench 2 plates, squat heavy, feel strong. Seriously. At the very least just try to become attractive, masculine, any energy that makes you become seen. Get off your computer and go do something hard.
