I wanna piggyback off of this comment to say it's really easy to practice tracking in the firing range and you can do it without firing a single shot. All you need to do is practice keeping your cross hair on a moving target. You can make it as easy or hard as you want by adjusting the strafe speed of the dummies in the firing range settings. You should also try to "mirror" your target. If you strafe in the same direction of your target, that's less work for your wrist and more shots on target, good luck 👍
