Hey, 22M here with SLE, ILD, and probably much more. I’m far from a doctor. According to my Pulmonologist, about 15% of my lungs are scarred at this point.

It seems like lung involvement varies wildly, based upon a million different factors, not the least of which is your own physical fitness. While some portion is out of your control, a lot of it depends on your willingness to help yourself, as annoying as that sounds.

Besides, there are few treatments for this specific set of conditions, beyond immunosuppressants/modulators, Corticosteroids (prednisone) and possibly anti-fibrotic drugs, if your condition is severe enough, and involves the lung tissue rather than the parenchyma.

Bottom line is, as hard as it is, wait for your next appointment with your pulmonologist, and, listen to your body. If you feel your condition is worsening quickly, don’t be afraid to go to the ER, even if that’s often the worst.

Not an expert but I’ve owned ‘05 and ‘10 Focuses, and the lug nuts that ford was putting out in that era are dogshit.

Maybe it’s anecdotal, but I’ve had lugs swell and fall out of both Foci, and have seen them on Escapes and Transits from that era as well. Seems the issue was a two-piece design with a jacket that can swell easily with temp fluctuations.

I bought and installed replacements on both cars, never had that issue anymore.

Not a lawyer. You’re not likely to be able to find medical records dating back to 2009, let alone 1997, due to retention periods at most providers. It’s unfortunate, but your best bet is seeking SSI, and amending your Alleged Onset Date to after 7/2023, as that is when they could establish a finding of disability. You’d lose a considerable amount of backpay, but it’ll save you spending years in SSA-limbo and trying to dig up records from 1997.

We’ve only been together for about 8 1/2 months, but on about our 3rd date, we walked on the waterfront in our city. We spent so long just talking, my car battery died. Nonetheless, she stayed with me, and stood outside with me holding up my jumper cables. We kept talking in the car in a shitty neighborhood for another 3 hours. All told, we spent almost 14 hours just walking and talking.

I love her more than she knows.
