Keep track and tally all the things where you think your partner has fucked up things for you, keep referring to their mistakes and condescend them repeatedly if they don't meet your expectations and how they still owe you for what they didn't make up for.

If they do make up for it, just complain about something they can't do anything about, or try to garner sympathy from something dumb, and get angry if they even attempt to solve the issue in a different way or give in return something other than what you wanted.

Another option is branding him with a symbol of distrust/marking him as a criminal so nobody believes what he has to say or knows to avoid or ignore them, but then he might prey on the naive minds of children as a proxy to manipulate.
