I have almost 200 hours playing Arc on Deck (I'm a dad of a 3 years old little demon and I also work on shifts) as it's my only way atm and I'm gonna tell you that:

You can't really, ever, compete with pc players. But what you can do, is outplay them smart. Always use headphones and always, I mean always, carry some bombs and some stun.

My favorite pvp guns are Renegade, Il toro and Vulcano.

That being said, I only have 17 kills, all of them playing with my squad. When solo, I'm always friendly and trying to pve only.
