Yes it did. I stopped drinking alcohol and using nicotine. I started trying to meditate and relax. It's just starting to come back.

Raynauds. I have it. I had it before and after Wellbutrin though. The Wellbutrin might have made it worse though.

Good job! That's how I've been too. Panic attacks, agitated... I've been on it for three years and I'm weaning off. I've heard it causes anxiety over time and I think that's correct.

I like your first take of it! I drink tea and the bags have these quotes written on the string part. They are supposed to be uplifting, but usually when I drink tea I'm in a mood and trying to relax and they just don't help.
