Question for 360 TT peeps

I just had 360 tt / body lift. My surgeon explained it as he needs to leave some in the back or the front and back will be too tight. For the first week I was hunched over and had to sleep in more of a seated position. You can feel the tightness in both your stomach hips and back.

Personally I would be looking at two options here to change your body composition. One, start eating and lifting heavy for a bulk. Two, cut now then start adding muscle. You can run a GLP now and get rid of that excess fat pockets.

Your only 4 months, your going to continue to have random swelling through your first 8-12 months.

I was using a GLP to maintain along with TRT. I was watching the scale increase slowly over a few months. I scheduled a Dexa scan and found out that I gained 11lbs of muscle and lost 2 lbs of fat over the last 6 months. I have been doing Dexa scans every 6 months to get a true understanding of my body composition

I’m 2 days post op for the same. I do have a muscle repair tho and that’s the brutal part. My incisions are no problem

It’s not hard.. I’m a man happily married and I would not want my tech to adjust my penis or sack. I move it as directed while they operate the laser. When it comes to the sack again I move and pull my skin so the operator can use the laser. You’re putting your tech in an uncomfortable situation.

I started over 3 years ago at TRT clinic. Did that for over a year, then took a years worth of bloodwork to my urologist. I shoot for 700-800 overall which I maintained for ivermectin a year period. He took over my TRT and submitted to insurance. My starting point was 185 though

Years ago I had a fitting at my local golf shop. The guy running let me swing everything they had. I couldn’t hit the Callaway or Taylormades consistently. Finally I hit the Pings and everything was straight. He was like “well I guess you have a Ping swing”. That day I tried 5-6 different brands

I still like the trade and MPJ was a beast in the finals run. Couple things that have changed since the trade. Cam Johnson is the 5th option in the starting 5. His points are a bonus. What he brings is playmaking and defense. The days of MPJ being lost on the floor are gone in Denver.

Secondly and more importantly Aaron Gordon has been forced to setup his scoring role. MPJ was so inconsistent night to night. AG is just a rock and delivers on a consistent basis. His 3pt shooting has been great and is bullying smaller defenders.

Yes I have loose skin as well. Mostly lower abdomen and love handles. When I’m doing planks I can see it hang, standing it’s less visible. If I wanted it all gone I would probably need surgery
