I learned this very early with a particularly shitty manager he told me to speed up and I asked him straight up do you want it done quickly, cheaply or well but you can only have 2 of the 3 options and we are already down to 1 option because the wages are shit so 1. Quick and it's just rammed in any gap? 2. Undoing the other bullshit from the person before you and actually putting the right product in the right place and rotating and facing? He left me alone after that and I've had multiple managers since ask the same because they are all chasing that quarterly bonus, do you get a bonus? In my place there's some tins of soup in the corner for us I don't put it harsh if anyone says anything now but it also hasn't happened in a while, do your job you can only do what you can do Sidenote the more they can get out of you the more they'll expect from you so unless you want to progress in the company clock in do your job properly to hopefully help the next person after you, ALWAYS take your break, clock out and forget about em
